"I am Groot!" It certainly looked like a gamble from the very beginning, but Marvel's latest release Guardians of the Galaxy has the box office in the bag, as the opening night scored $11.2 Million, beating out Marvel's other release this year, Captain America: The Winter Soldierand Fox's X-Men: Days Of Future Past. This is very surprising for a first film, so it seems clear that Marvel isn't done with the franchise yet, as they've already announced a sequel. The film is in theaters now, so will you be watching?
